World Travel Holdings is seeking a Senior Search Marketing Analyst with 5–7 years of experience managing sizable and complex Search Engine Marketing (SEM) programs. The ideal candidate is data-driven, curious, and passionate about leveraging analytics and emerging technologies—especially AI—to optimize campaign performance to maintain a competitive advantage in the rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize complex SEM campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Search Ads 360 and other relevant platforms.
  • Analyze program performance data to provide actionable insights, improve ROI, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Proactively remain informed on industry innovations, particularly AI applications in search, to continually enhance strategies and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including eCommerce, brand managers, design and merchandising, to execute an integrated marketing approach.
  • Leverage AI-driven tools and automation to improve targeting, bidding, messaging and overall program efficiency.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for leadership, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that align with business goals.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience managing significant SEM programs ($MM) with proven success in managing programs toward established performance goals.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Search Ads 360 and analytics platforms and other SEM platforms.
  • Passion for data analytics and fluent at leveraging analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel, or similar).
  • Comfortable adopting and testing emerging technologies, particularly AI-driven marketing solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience with other paid channels optimized toward program goals (e.g., social media, display, programmatic).

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Google Ads, Search Ads 360, or related platforms.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals as they relate to paid search strategy.
