Overview

World Travel Holdings is seeking a Lead Prospecting Representative to join the sales team of the B2B division --- Dream Vacations and CruiseOne. The Lead Prospecting Rep will be the first point of contact for prospective franchisees, helping identify qualified candidates and connect them with our Franchise Development Managers. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, learning about their goals, and supporting them in exploring new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Make a high number of outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries from prospective franchise owners
  • Ask basic qualifying questions to understand a prospect’s background, interest, and financial readiness
  • Share introductory information about Dream Vacations and our franchise opportunity
  • Schedule qualified prospects for follow-up calls with FDMs
  • Enter and update prospect details in our CRM system
  • Support trade shows, webinars, and other lead generation initiatives by following up with attendees
  • Provide weekly updates on lead activity and trends for the sales team

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or call center role
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional phone presence
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with prospective clients
  • Basic computer and data entry skills; familiarity with CRM tools is helpful
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn and grow in a sales career
