Overview

World Travel Holdings is seeking a Contracts Administrator. In this remote role, the Contracts Administrator will be responsible for the administration of our franchise contracts in support of the Dream Vacations and CruiseOne franchise system.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of franchise contracts throughout their lifecycle, including new agreements, renewals, amendments, and terminations
  • Process and maintain Assignments and Assumptions, legal name changes, and related legal documentation
  • Draft and issue non-compliance and termination letters
  • Prepare and distribute Annual Renewal letters
  • Track Semi-Annual Franchise Disclosure Document reports
  • Assist with ad-hoc reports, legal documentation, and other tasks or projects as necessary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree plus 3-5 years of experience in contract administration, compliance, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and legal documentation
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management systems
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in franchising, or paralegal work is a plus
