This role is responsible for direct management of project delivery staff, including contract resources, and acts as a Program Manager to ensure alignment, efficiency, and success across the portfolio. The Manager will drive end-to-end delivery, foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and build strong cross-functional partnerships across IT and business teams.
