Overview

World Travel Holdings is a seeking a Group Reconciliation Coordinator to work in our Fort Lauderdale office.  The Group Reconciliation Coordinator will assist and train the network of CruiseOne and Cruises Inc. agents in reconciling group bookings.

Responsibilities

  • Review all groups to match internal reservation system with cruise lines and land suppliers group reports
  • Provide superior customer service
  • Collaborate with manager in establishing and recommending inventory
  • Manage group inventory to maximize revenue and meet corporate objectives
  • Collaborate with management to develop sales strategies to improve market share
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Notify booking agents through detailed e-mail of all corrections needed to reconcile and balance group bookings
  • Correspond with agents via email/phone to assist with inquiries
  • Complete special projects as assigned by management team
  • Manage and maintain all group data completely and properly
  • Properly archive records post sailing
  • Provide exceptional service to all internal and external clients

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of an Accounting/Finance background
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Cruise line vendor/travel industry experience is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic Access
  • Ability to work independently, maintain a high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Must work well in fast-paced environment, and be able to meet deadlines
  • Must have exceptional follow up and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of management
