Franchise Sales Support Lead

In this functional lead role, you will provide sales management and administrative support to the franchise recruitment team. • Sales Strategy Development: Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales goals.
• Administrative Oversight: Manage administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations and provide support to the team as needed.
• Training and Development: Identify training opportunities to enhance the skills and performance of the team.
• Performance Monitoring: Complete call monitoring, analyze sales metrics and administrative efficiency to pinpoint areas for improvement. 
• CRM Tool Management: Utilize Sugar or other CRM tools to optimize lead management.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales performance and administrative operations for Leadership.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and training, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Problem Solving: Address challenges faced by the team and implement effective solutions.
