World Travel Holdings is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to help optimize our SEO campaigns and website tools within our Dream Vacations brand. The Digital Marketing Specialist would be responsible for working with teams that execute our digital strategy including search engine optimization and our website’s content management system.

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Act as the liaison with our SEO team to drive strategy and increase our organic search results via keyword research and landing page optimization
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, provide guidance to improve website traffic and lead conversions
  • Support content creation by writing, proofing, and providing direction on copy edits needed to ensure our website content is valid and up to date
  • Act as our team’s go-to-expert regarding our website’s content management system (CMS) tool
  • Collaborate with our training team to document processes and procedures so all website users have a clear understanding of how to navigate their website’s CMS tool
  • Support our network of travel agents with in-person and virtual training presentations and answering digital marketing questions
  • Collaborate with in-house creative team to develop creative assets that support marketing initiatives
  • Provide support to the marketing department and assist with daily functions of marketing programs and tools
  • Support with other digital marketing tools such incorporating AI and Social Media
  • Oversee daily marketing tasks, must be willing to be flexible to do whatever is needed


  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar
  • Incredible attention to detail, including meticulous proofreading and fact-checking skills
  • Experience with content management systems (i.e., WordPress)
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools (i.e., Google Analytics) for tracking and measuring
  • A self-starter who can work independently with little supervision or direction
  • Experience working with a virtual staff or experience with video conferencing tools is a plus
  • Must be able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of the cruise or travel industry is a plus
