World Travel Holdings is seeking a Business Solutions Manager for the B2B division - Dream Vacations and CruiseOne. As the Business Solutions Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and leading a team of business analysts and UI/UX designers ensuring the successful execution of projects and design initiatives are contributing to the overall growth and efficiency of the organization. This role involves a combination of strategic thinking, team leadership, and an understanding of business analysis methodologies as well as UI/UX design best practices.

  • Lead and manage a team of business analysts, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment
  • Manage a UI/UX team, ensuring best practices and necessary processes are adopted/followed to get to the intended outcome quickly
  • Act as a bridge between UI/UX and other teams, advocating for user-centered design principles throughout the organization, ensuring the customer perspective is integral to all decisions
  • Work with product managers and management team to allocate business analyst and UI resources for projects
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance business analysis processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals
  • Oversee the planning and execution of business analysis projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope
  • Act as a liaison between the business analysts, UI/UX designers, product managers and senior management, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and opportunities
  • Mentor and coach team members, promoting professional development and ensuring the team's skill set aligns with industry best practices
  • Participate in sprint reviews and scrum meetings to ensure all tasks stay on track
  • Serve as a high performing individual contributor as needed, while simultaneously leading the business analyst and UI/UX team


  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or a related field
  • 5+ years project management experience
  • In-depth knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of business analysts and UI/UX designers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP), Business Analysis certification (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional) and Travel Industry related experience are an advantage
  • Experience managing or leading a UI/UX or consumer facing design projects a big plus
