World Travel Holdings is seeking an Associate Recruitment Coach for the B2B Division—CruiseOne and Dream Vacations. In this role, the sales and performance coach will spearhead the growth and identification of revenue for associates enrolled in the Associate Recruitment Program. This role entails crafting strategic initiatives to pursue these opportunities and fostering relationships with associates.

  • Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with associates, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with associates to develop comprehensive strategies aligned with their goals and market trends
  • Coaching and Training: Provide one-on-one coaching sessions and conduct training workshops to empower associates with the necessary skills and knowledge to drive sales and improve overall performance
  • Sales Enablement: Assist associates in optimizing their sales processes, identifying target markets, and developing compelling value propositions
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to associates for continuous improvement
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making and offer valuable insights to associates
  • Reporting: Deliver regular updates on the growth and performance of associates enrolled in the program


  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or consulting role
  • Strong coaching and mentorship skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional follow-up skills and ability to find creative solutions to sales obstacles
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Self-discipline to work from home and provide a designated space for a home office free of distractions with high-speed internet connectivity
  • Available to work Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm EST
