World Travel Holdings is seeking a Franchise Sales Manager for its B2B Division--- CruiseOne and Dream Vacations. The Franchise Sales Manager is responsible for producing incremental revenue through outbound sales calls and inbound leads to meet annual recruitment quotas, and continuously grow the franchise network.

  • Responsible for the start to finish sales process, recruiting CruiseOne and Dream Vacations franchises
  • Meet and exceed recruitment goals
  • Research, respond and work all leads received by web, e-mail, writing, and Trade shows
  • Phone prospecting: set up series of appointments to review program specifics, candidate questions and recruitment processes
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and close contracts
  • Collaborate as needed with the contract administration and sales administration teams to ensure smooth and accurate franchise disclosure and franchise contracting process
  • Work with the Director to set sales goals, track progress, and implement sales strategies


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field with 3+ years of executive-level, sales experience (franchise or travel sales experience preferred)
  • Travel Industry experience a must
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment utilizing excellent time management skills
  • Experience delivering executive level presentations and collaborating with all levels of management
  • Must be goal and business centric
  • Self-starter who looks for opportunities to assist management and staff in daily activities
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional follow up skills and ability to find creative solutions to sales obstacles
  • Assertive, decisive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility to travel when necessary
  • Self-discipline to work from home and provide a designated space for a home office free of distractions with high-speed internet connectivity
  • Proficient in customer relationship management software (CRM)
  • Must be a resident and live in a US state.
