World Travel Holdings is seeking a Marketing Manager for the Luxury Villa Division--- Villas of Distinction, Italy Villas, and Jamaica Villas. As Villa Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the management and execution of both online and offline marketing campaigns.

  • Manage end-to-end execution of online and offline marketing campaigns for the WTH luxury villa division, collaborating with internal teams
  • Coordinate and oversee marketing tactics including SEM, SEO, third-party advertising, social media, email marketing, and public relations
  • Analyze customer insights, market trends, and best practices to develop successful marketing strategies that improve conversion rates, increase qualified leads, and enhance brand engagement
  • Create and maintain analytics reports across multiple platforms, extracting key insights for future campaigns
  • Cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and service to ensure marketing merchandising meets the industry's trends
  • Directly manage a marketing coordinator


  • 5+ years of marketing experience
  • Proven track record in creating and managing marketing strategies
  • Experience with online marketing, including PPC, display advertising, SEO, and social media
  • Luxury marketing or travel industry experience is preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent oral and written presentation skills
  • Team player with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and dive into the creative execution process
  • Extremely proactive with a strong bias for action
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess a strong work ethic and passion for the travel industry and the role
  • Possess great communication skills and the ability to create long term interpersonal relationships, both internally and externally
  • Willing to travel
