Overview

World Travel Holdings is seeking a Contracts Administrator. In this remote role, the Contracts Administrator will be responsible for the administration of our franchise contracts in support of the Dream Vacations and CruiseOne franchise system.

Responsibilities

  • Manage new franchise contracts
  • Process franchise terminations
  • Work in conjunction with the training dept. on rosters for in-house training and online training
  • Process legal documents and payments related to the Associate program enrollments and terminations
  • Prepare 5-year Franchise Agreement renewals and annual anniversary letters
  • Draft non-compliance and termination letters
  • Act as a backup for commission processing
  • Assist with ad-hoc reports, legal documents and special projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree plus 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize assignments, and be able to shift priorities quickly in a fast-paced work environment
  • Must have excellent follow-up and organizational skills
  • Prior paralegal experience a plus
