Overview

World Travel Holdings (WTH) is seeking a Search Marketing Specialist to work remotely. As a Search Marketing Specialist, you will join the existing digital team and report to the Search Marketing Manager. This role with assist in managing several Search Engine Marketing campaigns for WTH owned brands. You will also collaborate to integrate Search Engine Marketing with other marketing channels and capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the tactical components within integrated Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns.
  • Analyze large volumes of data to identify and interpret performance trends and translate those trends into program optimizations.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities within existing SEM programs, including keyword research, creative testing, audience targeting and bid strategies.
  • Work closely with vendors, including Google and Microsoft, to assist with the strategy and reporting to multiple WTH brands.
  • Daily oversight of program KPIs, performance reporting, and budget pacing.
  • Collaborate with brand managers and internal stakeholders to ensure SEM program goals are met and areas of focus are strategically aligned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of digital marketing experience within SEM.
  • Advanced skills within Google Ads, Bing Ads, DoubleClick (SA360) and Google Analytics.
  • A strong work ethic, passion for digital marketing and a genuine curiosity for data analytics.
  • Hand-on experience with interpreting large volumes of digital marketing data.
  • Experience managing large SEM budgets.
  • Ability to problem solve with limited direction.
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Must be a resident and live in a US state.
