Sales Representative

World Travel Holdings is seeking an Franchise Sales Representative for the B2B Division- CruiseOne and Dream Vacations. In this role, you will be responsible for converting leads by prospecting through outbound sales calls and inbound leads to meet annual quotas for the Advisor Program, and continuously grow the network.


  • Researching and qualifying new leads that come into the CRM from web, e-mail, writing, and other sources.
  • Prospecting: including outbound and inbound calling, emailing and other sources of communication from leads generated from our marketing channels.
  • Explaining the benefits of the Advisor program
  • Closing and achieving sales targets
  • Collaborate as needed with the contract administration and sales administration teams
  • Work with the Associate Recruitment Manager and Recruitment Director to set goals, track progress, and implement sales strategies
  • Maintain a database of prospects and update CRM to keep the leads nurtured


  • High school diploma required. Some college preferred, 2+ years of sales experience in Travel (Preferred)
  • Outbound Call experience (Preferred)
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment utilizing excellent time management skills
  • Must be goal and business centric
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional follow up skills and ability to find creative solutions to sales obstacles
  • Self-discipline to work from home and provide a designated space for a home office free of distractions with high-speed internet connectivity
  • Must be a resident and live in a US state. We do not currently hire in AK, CA, HI, KY, ND, OH, OR, and PA
