Overview

World Travel Holdings is looking for a Contractor Administrator for our franchise operations.  This role is responsible for the general and legal administration of the Cruise One franchise system for the Homebased Division of World Travel Holdings.

 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Contract Administration Team
  • Prepare annual FDD changes for annual registration process and submit to attorney.
  • Process new documents for generic and registered states as they are renewed and received from the attorney.
  • Maintain compliance throughout franchise network as well as employees.
  • Prepare and send non-compliance and termination letters to franchise network.
  • Process franchise relocation requests.
  • Provide Finance with annual active franchise list for California Seller of Travel.
  • Review and process all Errors & Omissions claims for franchise network.
  • Process agent profile updates in Business Center.
  • Oversee processing of all new franchisees and associates: includes verifying contracts, payments, background checks.
  • Oversee the processing of paperwork, payments and entries (SUGAR CRM, Business Center) for online training of associates, expert CruiseOne franchisees.
  • Prior to class training, oversee the team follow up with FDS to ensure the CONE and CINC trainees’ documents and phone numbers/e-mail addresses are submitted to appropriate departments for processing.
  • Generate and print contracts for Senior Vice President Signature.
  • Run gross sales reports; generate 5 year and annual renewal letters.
  • Assist the training department by maintaining training class check list for franchisees and associates.
  • Complete audit of terminating and terminated franchises by reviewing compensation status and open balance to determine if any commission is owed to CruiseOne.
  • Oversee Franchise Payroll (weekly, year-end, and annual 1099’s), ADP processing and franchise commission inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree required plus 3 years experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and the Internet.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize assignments, multi-task and be able to shift priorities quickly in a fast paced work environment is required.
  • Must have exceptional follow up and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of management.
  • 2 years previous travel industry experience- Cruise sales
