Overview

World Travel Holdings is seeking a Search Marketing Manager to work remote. As Search Marketing Manager, you will manage the execution and strategy for World Travel Holdings’ search marketing (SEM) campaigns. You will also help integrate SEM with other marketing channels and capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the strategic and tactical components within integrated Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns, also known as Paid Search, or Pay-per-Click (PPC)
  • Oversee development of program strategies and analyses
  • Accountable for channel performance, testing schedule, and performance forecasts
  • Develop insights from SEM program results, keeping internal teams looped-in on strategic implications
  • Identify new opportunities within existing SEM program
  • Own the day-to-day optimizations of SEM programs for multiple World Travel Holdings brands with minimal oversight, including budget planning, optimizing toward company goals, performance tracking and analysis
  • Work closely with brand managers and key stakeholders to ensure program goals and creative are strategically aligned and quality levels are maintained
  • Foster relationships with internal teams and external vendors
  • Understand big picture implications and how SEM insights can be applied across other departments & marketing channels

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of analytical and digital marketing experience within SEM
  • Expert level knowledge with platforms/tools including Google Analytics, DoubleClick (SA360), Google Ads & Bing Ads.
  • Thorough understanding of SEM and digital marketing trends
  • Familiarity with attribution models, expertise in customer segmentation and the use of test and learn strategies to optimize campaigns
  • Experience managing large SEM budgets
  • Ability to analyze, interpret data and use insights to inform marketing campaigns and make recommendations
  • Ability to problem solve with limited direction
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong work ethic, passion for digital marketing and a genuine curiosity for data analytics
  • Must be a resident and live in a US state. We do not currently hire in AK, CA, HI, KY, ND, OH, OR, and PA
