UI/UX Designer

World Travel Holdings is seeking a remote, UI/UX Designer for it's B2B Division. As a UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with various business stakeholders, users, product managers and development teams to align designs with user needs and product requirements. Your responsibilities will expand through every stage of product development from research, problem-solving, creating high-fidelity prototypes and seeing the design process through launch and beyond. We are looking for a creative, resourceful, and passionate product designer with attention to detail and enthusiasm to learn.


  • Adhere and maintain established UI guidelines while progressing standards following best practices and evolving trends
  • Conduct and participate in collaborative sessions with product team and stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • Utilize design and prototyping skills in Adobe Creative Suite, and Adobe Xd (or similar)
  • Design with an understanding of the formal principles of design: typography, layout, balance, proportions, details, and consistency.
  • Quickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mockups from business requirements following UI standards
  • Create keynote presentations for product launches and updates
  • Present designs to internal and external stakeholders 
  • Work to understand the customer journey and advocate for the best user experience
  • Work closely with scrum team to run requirements and mockups into fully functional and efficient applications
  • Deliver results throughout the life cycle of a project from participation in discussions, actively participating in problem solving through design and testing  
  • Work independently and with Scrum Team as needed ensuring product and team success


  • Proven experience with UI design and online portfolio of sample projects
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field 
  • Three (3) years’ experience in UI/UX design.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Xd and Microsoft PowerPoint. UI development experience with HTML & CSS is a plus
  • Artistic eye for design, user interaction, functionality, and readability
  • Creative problem-solving skills 
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently and proactively prepare for meetings
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to independently lead projects from inception to completion
  • Must be a resident and live in a US state. We do not currently hire in AK, CA, HI, KY, ND, OH, OR, and PA
