In this role, you will use your expertise as a Product Manager to define new and enhanced features for our enterprise application in order to achieve strategic business goals. You must have an understanding of business objectives and be able to quantify value and risk.  A strong technical background is required to produce concrete product features and subsequent roadmap, while collaborating closely with engineering to drive implementation and ensure product is delivered with maximum value and quality to meet customer and business needs.

  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders to comprehend and communicate their needs, and participate in validation of the solutions
  • Solicit and negotiate design feedback from internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with VP of Engineering and other Product Managers to understand, create and communicate product vision, roadmaps, project progress, post-launch results, and release priorities
  • Be the voice of the application users by gathering insights, and analyzing feedback to understand pain points and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain the product backlog
  • Represent the customer in sprints to the delivery teams, and provide sprint prioritization to ensure technology alignment with business priorities
  • Define, implement and report on Key Performance Indicators for product effectiveness


  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in an eCommerce environment 
  • 2+ years of Product Management experience required
  • Experience working in an agile software development environment, Scrum preferred
  • A business-centric mind with a passion for solving problems and driving results
  • Passion for customer experience and demystifying complicated processes
  • Skilled at eliciting, defining and documenting business requirements and user stories
  • Fluency with web usability conventions, information architecture and user testing
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills with ability to negotiate scope and feature details during implementation
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment yet be able to work independently with little oversight
  • Basic understanding of technologies used in enterprise applications (JSON, RESTServices, Relational Databases, multi-channel contact center applications)
  • Ability to manage processes and projects within defined deadlines
  • Must be a resident and live in a US state. We do not currently hire in AK, CA, HI, KY, ND, OH, OR, and PA

Experience with one or more of the following is a plus:

  • Travel industry
  • UI design and usability experience
