World Travel Holdings is seeking a Marketing and Traffic Specialist for the Wilmington, MA office.  The role gives you the opportunity to telecommute a few days a weeek.  In this role, you will support the Partner Brands Director for Retail, OTA and Hospitality channels. As a Marketing and Traffic Specialist, you will coordinate the day-to-day project tracking of various marketing and promotional calendars from beginning to end, review our partner sites to ensure they are up to date, and assist in weekly data collection and analysis.  You will work with an array of teams internally and externally to present our merchandise through the brand lens and values of our accounts.   • Responsible for communicating with internal and external marketing and sales teams to coordinate innovative and successful acquisition and sales campaigns for multiple brand partnerships. Establish and maintain relationships with partners.
    • Work with internal teams and clients to define requirements for assigned projects
    • Manage various marketing calendars including the scheduling of deadlines for teams and trafficking deliverables based on style guides and brand rules
    • Ensure on time execution of plans
    • Review proofs, emails and sites at each stage of the traffic cycle to ensure accuracy and quality control
    • Lead campaign development and execution - define and track campaign tasks, key milestones, timelines and progress
    • Work with teams to build and execute brand exclusive offers which will appear on-site and through agent portals
    • Organize day-to-day workflow and account support functions (i.e., create a schedule of assets and merchandising focus, marketing calendars, promotion forms, year over year marketing reports, meeting notes, tracked links, etc.)
    • Manage relationships with print and production vendors, as well as delivering final assets and files through designated partner systems
    • Participate in on-site events such as grand openings
  • Responsible for preparation of monthly marketing reports using Google Analytics, and Cognos to be used by the Director, Partner Brands in the analysis of campaigns and how they compare year over year. Investigate performance of campaigns and strategies through critical thinking skills and data.
    • Calculate an ROI, percent change and growth analysis while understanding daily sales numbers and goals
    • Present analyses and/or recommendations on partner programs based on KPIs
    • Participate in competitive monitoring, research/planning as needed
  • Help develop, edit, and polish account presentations which include a review of marketing performance and business objectives
  • Create and refine processes to improve productivity, tracking, and data gathering
  • Contribute to goals and objectives by sharing insights in order to approach customers through appropriate marketing channels
  • Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization and content development


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or a related field required
  • 2+ years’ experience working in a marketing or advertising support role in a fast paced environment
  • Highly organized, amazing attention to detail and proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Great communication skills both verbal and written
  • Fluency with Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Self-starter, strong work ethic, detailed oriented and extremely passionate about driving success
  • Ability to present new ideas and opportunities along with solid research, analytical, critical thinking and creative problem solving skills
  • Previous experience working with Basecamp project management software, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 360 Suite or similar systems a plus
  • Proven experience managing production workflow, timelines and schedules while working well under pressure and multi-tasking
  • High-energy with the ability to take direction and work independently, but also as a team player
