Overview

World Travel Holdings is seeking a Facilities Coordinator for its Wilmington, MA office who will be responsible for general building preservation. The Facilities Coordinator will support and assist internal departments and external vendors to ensure the business operates smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare office area for daily business and general upkeep
  • Participate in setting up and breaking down functions and events
  • Serve as liaison with external vendors utilized for facilities maintenance
  • Coordinate daily and weekly tasks with Facilities Manager
  • Process all internal mail and courier package deliveries
  • Ensure all printers/faxes/copiers have supplies readily available
  • Keep building clutter free
  • Maintain and order supplies for office inventory
  • Conduct general maintenance and simple repairs within the office

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of work related experience
  • Basic knowledge of general maintenance, technical and mechanical tasks
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with employees, management and vendors
  • Time management skills; ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and follow-through
  • Strong ability to work independently with little direction
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel), computer navigation, and chat
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Available to work M-F, 9-6pm with the flexibility to respond after hours when needed
