The Product Content Coordinator updates and maintains constantly changing Villa content, including provided descriptions, photos, rate changes, promotions and new content for our customer facing and internal website portals. This role maintains professional and courteous relationships while communicating changes and updates with our vendor suppliers and our Villas team.

  • Maintain and update constantly changing villa content in a fast paced environment.
  • Interpret and clarify vendor and property changes/updates and communicate to internal team members as needed.
  • Build relationships with partners and help leverage opportunities to improve business.
  • Build new key partner relationships, including vetting potential partners, assisting with web content build out and provide continuous support.
  • Maintain special offers received from suppliers and add to the website.
  • Compile all needed information, photos, rates, etc., and add new villas to the website.
  • Manage property photographs, add to website, and maintain photography database for assigned vendors.
  • Manage vendor information and policies utilizing custom content management systems.
  • Compile and analyze booking data to determine vendor strengths, weaknesses, areas of opportunity, etc.
  • Assist with FAM trip planning and lead trips as needed.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, or Business preferred
  • 3 years’ experience in a professional office environment
  • Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Proficient with Photoshop, and Microsoft Office applications; strong knowledge of Excel helpful
  • Previous content management system knowledge is a must
  • EXperience with photo sharing platforms and photo album management required; Experience with Smug Mug helpful.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work full time 40 hours a week and go on FAM inspection trips when required
  • Travel Industry experience and Caribbean destination knowledge helpful
