World Travel Holdings is seeking a Brand Manager to work remote.  As Brand Manager, you will oversee two World Travel Holdings cruise brands. You will be responsible for managing the overall success of these brands, including but not limited to brand continuity within the marketplace, promotional scheduling, marketing calendar, social listening and online reputation. You will also be responsible for proactively leading marketing efforts to strategically build brand value, strengthen brand positioning and ultimately drive revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain brand continuity across all consumer touch points, including earned, owned and paid media, as well as brand assets.  Work closely with internal teams to develop a cohesive brand marketing strategy and user experience.
  • Generate market share growth by utilizing internal data, performing market research, understanding consumer trends and developing innovative marketing strategies.
  • Implement marketing strategies to drive new-to-brand growth and increase repeat booking rates.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure all marketing initiatives are fully supported and align with brand standards.
  • Proactively seek new and emerging acquisition sources with the goals of increasing brand awareness and driving customer loyalty.
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates for all marketing materials and consumer facing website messaging.
  • Manage brands’ social media presence.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand strategy & tone translates to all marketing efforts and brand assets.
  • Champion continuous advancement of your two brands through innovation, collaboration and ‘outside the box’ partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field of study.
  • 3+ years of Marketing experience in a corporate environment or agency.
  • Highly motivated, strategic thinker with ability to lead projects from design through implementation.
  • Strong collaborator; great at building internal and external relationships.
  • Relentless focus on the customer experience.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with an ability to hit deadlines.
  • A knack for creativity and the ability to produce innovative and original ideas.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of brand marketing, social media and other digital marketing tactics.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills to work effectively on a remote team and project-based environment.
  • Superior attention to detail in all aspects of job performance including meticulous proof-reading and fact-checking skills with absolute accuracy.
  • Cruise or travel industry experience preferred.
  • Must be a resident and live in a US state. We do not currently hire in AK, CA, HI, KY, ND, OH, OR, and PA.
