World Travel Holdings is seeking a seasoned Recruiter to assist with our staffing needs.  In this 4-month temporary assignment, you will assist with achieving staffing objectives by interviewing and evaluating job applicants, partnering with hiring managers throughout the selection process, and onboarding candidates into the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to develop a deep understanding of assigned positions to include required skills, experience, competencies and job profile preferences 
  • Evangelize our referral program, as well as implement effective networking and sourcing strategies to attract a diverse talent pool
  • Manage requisitions and candidate flow through our applicant tracking system
  • Utilize behavioral based interviewing questions to conduct phone screens and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Foster a positive and professional candidate experience by providing prompt follow up and feedback throughout the entire recruitment process
  • Make recommendations to hiring managers to influence the best hiring decision and negotiate and close job offers
  • Coordinate onboarding with the hiring manager to ensure every new member of our team gets a remarkable experience as they join our company

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience including IT and Corporate level positions
  • Proven ability to source candidates for hard to fill positions
  • Highly organized and detail oriented while working in a professional, fast paced environment
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems required; experience with iCIMS preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Internet
  • Ability to handle sensitive information while maintaining confidentiality
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST or 9-6pm EST
