    World Travel Holdings is seeking a Sales Analyst for its Ft. Lauderdale, FL office. As a Sales Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing data, identifying sales trends and making recommendations for improvement. You will also collaborate with the Business Development team to help ensure the growth of agency performance. 


    • Perform ongoing analysis of sales trends and KPIs, and use data to provide and support strategic recommendations that drive Network growth
    • Generate easy-to-interpret reports and dashboards based on collected data
    • Use analytical methods to identify areas for operational improvement and streamlining processes
    • Track budget distribution and performance of co-operative marketing initiatives and coordinate with the product team
    • Conduct ongoing analysis of franchise performance data, overall brand performance, and benchmarking data
    • Collaborate with the Homebased leadership team to ensure agency performance grows as a result of business development efforts
    • Participate in strategic and tactical brainstorming sessions to create strong, executable growth plans
    • Partner with the Business Development Team by providing regularly scheduled reports on agent performance and target goals based on trends
    • Utilize reporting tool to identify areas of opportunity in the business and create plans in partnership with management to drive overall results


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Math or relevant field with 3 plus years of work related experience
    • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
    • Ability to identify statistical patterns and translate insights into action
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
    • Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple, complex projects and tasks while meeting deadlines
    • Ability to collaborate with management and team to meet or exceed targets
    • Agility to adjust and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; especially Excel
    • Experience with reporting tools; Cognos Enterprise Reporting a plus
    • Knowledge of Sugar CRM system a plus
