World Travel Holdings is seeking a Sales Admin for its Ft. Lauderdale, FL office. This position will be responsible for assisting the franchise sales team by providing administrative sales support, including lead distribution, contract processing, data entry, managing spreadsheets, preparing sales collateral and email communications. Seeking a motivated self-starter to be part of a positive and fast-growing franchise sales team who is passionate about administration, attention to detail and keeping things organized. Major responsibilities include processing sales contracts to ensure accuracy and proper set-up, supporting the efforts of the sales team, lead management and distribution within the CRM, email and phone communications.
