    World Travel Holdings is seeking a Sales Admin for its Ft. Lauderdale, FL office. This position will be responsible for assisting the franchise sales team by providing administrative sales supportincluding lead distribution, contract processing, data entry, managing spreadsheets, preparing sales collateral and email communications. Seeking a motivated self-starter to be part of a positive and fast-growing franchise sales team who is passionate about administration, attention to detail and keeping things organized. Major responsibilities include processing sales contracts to ensure accuracy and proper set-up, supporting the efforts of the sales team, lead management and distribution within the CRM, email and phone communications. 

     

    Responsibilities

    • Administration support for a remote team of franchise sales professionals
    • Coordinate the processing of all sales contracts, making sure that all documents are executed and distributed to all relevant functions with pristine attention to detail
    • Coordinate the franchise prospect qualification process: application forms, background check authorization forms, financials, records, etc.
    • Develop routine external correspondence, executing memos and other department forms and documents.
    • Assist in distributing leads to the sales team
    • Coordinate the new franchisee onboarding process
    • Prepare sales collateral materials for shipment
    • Assist in the implementation of franchise sales initiatives
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • High School graduate or GED, advanced degree is a plus
    • 2+ years sales support administrative experience required
    • Must have strong administrative and organizational work experience, preferably in a sales support position
    • Experience with processing, reviewing and inspecting contracts for accuracy preferred
    • Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) such as SUGAR or Salesforce
    • Must have PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft applications with strength in Excel and Word
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • Experience working with a virtual staff preferred, or experience with video conferencing tools
    • Demonstrated strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
    • Strong interpersonal skills. Should possess an open and friendly yet professional demeanor at all times
    • Must be able to take direction from several managers and be relied upon to work independently
    • Must be conscientious, detail-oriented and discrete with confidential information
    • Problem solving and listening skills are a must to work with the sales staff
    • Hospitality, Franchise, Insurance or Real Estate industry experience preferred
