    WTH is seeking a Help Desk Analyst in our Ft. Lauderdale office to join the IT Support team. The ideal candidate will have experience with front-line support, a passion for technology, and a drive for success.  Our Help Desk Analyst must be proficient with Desktop support, Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, and Office suite; able to handle situations with accuracy and a sense of urgency; and possess exceptional customer service and communication skills

    Responsibilities

    Tech Ninja

    • Provide technical support to employees in desktop and network support, data access, log-ins, telephone, cubicle assignment/set-up, computer application access and passwords on a daily basis
    • Triage incoming problem tickets to appropriate group, when necessary
    • Provide expertise on desktop support issues

    Tracking Master

    • Monitor the Technical Support E-mail queue and voice mail ensuring a timely response to employees
    • Log every incoming problem ticket and report on resolution on a daily basis
    • Provide acknowledgement and a proposed time of resolution within one hour of receipt of problem
    • Resolve all issues within four hours of problem initiation and keep customers updated on a continual basis
    • Maintain physical inventory of Company hardware, as well as, assist in moves, changes and/or additions
    • Monitor corporate systems and escalate to the appropriate support group when issues arise

    Qualifications

    What you bring to the table…

    • High School Diploma or equivalent plus at least 2 years of help desk experience
    • Technical certification ideal (A+, Network+)
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 Desktop
    • Experience in PC upgrades and parts replacement
    • Knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and other networking protocols
    • Experience with 2008 Microsoft Active Directory preferred
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) / Office 365
    • Experience with MacOS
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
    • Flexibility to work second shift, weekends, and holidays if needed
    • Must be willing and able to work the on-call rotation schedule
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
    • Strong interpersonal skills; must be friendly, patient, and considerate
