    World Travel Holdings is seeking a Marketing Specialist for the Wilmington, MA office. As a Marketing Specialist supporting our Partner Brand Management Team, you will be responsible for coordinating various marketing and promotional projects from beginning to end, reviewing our partner sites to ensure they are up to date, assisting in weekly data collection and compiling competitive analysis.     Responsibilities

    • Communicate with Partner Brand Management, Product and Merchandising teams, internal Ad agency and External partners to coordinate needed information and ensure the on-time delivery of promotional efforts for multiple brands.
      • Ensure on time execution of plans.
      • Be the point person for all questions relating to project status and competitive analysis.
      • Manage a consolidated calendar of partner marketing events/projects including the scheduling of deadlines for teams and trafficking deliverables based on style guides and brand rules.
      • Lead daily communications and asset trafficking with external creative teams such as United and American Airlines.
      • Work with teams to build and execute brand exclusive offers which will appear on-site and through agent portals.
    • Prepare monthly marketing reports using Google Analytics and Cognos to be used by the Partner Brand Directors in the analysis of promotion efficacy for multiple brands and how they compare year over year.
      • Present analyses and/or recommendations on partner programs based on KPIs.
      • Manage and maintain on-going, on-line marketing campaigns with internal and external partners for multiple brands including link creation and ROI analysis.
      • Review and compile competitive analysis of in-market promotions for presentation on a weekly basis to the Partner Brand Management team.
    • Communicate Partner Brand events/projects to Customer Care to ensure all necessary information is disseminated so that the customer care teams can effectively execute on promotions.
    • Review Partner sites to ensure the timely launch and removal of promotions, as well as to verify the accuracy of content on those sites (QA).
    • Assist and make recommendations based on best practices and KPIs on ways to create deeper integration and placements on a partner site.
    • Set up site events such as unique promo codes and the submission of offer details to the promo teams.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or a related field required.
    • 2+ years of experience working in a marketing support role in a fast paced environment.
    • Highly organized, attention to detail and proven ability to meet deadlines.
    • Strong project management skills and task oriented.
    • Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Strong typing skills, internet navigation and proficient with Microsoft Office.
    • Strong work ethic and passion for the travel industry.
    • Self-starter, detailed oriented and extremely passionate about driving success.
    • Ability to present new ideas and opportunities, along with solid research, analytical, critical thinking and creative problem solving skills
