    World Travel Holdings is seeking a Product Marketing Specialist for our Wilmington, MA office. This role will help support our cruise product merchandising efforts and competitive analysis. The ideal candidate is technologically savvy, has excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and is excited about the opportunity to grow within their position.                                                                                                        

    Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide a consistent level of quality assurance through proactive review and research of both new and ongoing cruise promotions and product selections on new and existing website pages.
    • Identify and replace sold out itineraries, identify fare code issues and other potential promotional challenges.
    • Make recommendations regarding product choices on promotional pages and other new and ongoing merchandising vehicles (email, direct mail, 3rd party, etc.). Requires proactive and timely responses to marketplace changes, internal updates and promotions and other factors that impact merchandising choices.
    • Contribute feedback to marketing agency to maximize effectiveness of website messaging.
    • Track, analyze and report on partner promotion results both to the management and product teams.
    • Coordinate frequent competitive and/or pricing analysis on core product.
    • Assist in the ongoing execution of co-op requirements and commitments.
    • Triage pricing and product inquiries from sales and other internal groups.
    • Apply travel industry experience, product knowledge, attention to detail, and marketing/e-commerce experience to make recommendations on product selection, merchandising solutions, proofreading, and editing.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • 2-3 years of product or marketing experience in a fast paced organization
    • Ability to analyze, manipulate, and produce data-driven spreadsheets for performance tracking
    • Tech savvy; internet navigation and proficient with Microsoft Office and Photoshop
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
    • Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
    • Cruise product and travel industry knowledge a plus
