This person will lead our training team primarily supporting the Customer Care organization and will be responsible for all aspects of call center training, including needs assessment and training strategy, curriculum development, classroom facilitation, and results assessment. With our Customer Care team almost 100% work from home across 42 different states and a six week new hire training program delivered 100% virtually, it is important for all candidates to have experience with virtual training programs.
