World Travel Holdings is seeking an Accounting Clerk who will be responsible for managing the administration of all customer accounts to include correspondence with internal and external customers as it relates to their daily transactions in a timely and accurate manner.  This position will support the Home-Based division--- CruiseOne, Dream Vacations and Cruises Inc. in the Fort Lauderdale, FL office.

  • Correspond with customers to respond to and resolve transaction inquiries.
  • Assist with invoicing for Marketing programs, and Renewals as needed.
  • Update credit cards as needed and process past due payments.
  • Collections account management, including correspondence with customer and record keeping.
  • Great Plains / ePay account updates (change of address, legal name, contract changes, etc.).
  • Archiving of transaction activity in the Sugar CRM program.
  • Instruct customers on the use of ePay.
  • Learn the roles of each member of the Finance team, and be prepared to serve as a back-up in their absence
  • Other duties as assigned


  • High School diploma or GED
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills is a must
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet
  • Ability to provide excellent service to both internal and external customers
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Experience with Great Plains a plus
  • Salary Range: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
